I’m sure you all know the story of wizardly Harry Potter considering his world domination, but in case you don’t, here’s the skinny on the final HP film from the official press release…
In the epic finale, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry Potter who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord Voldemort.

Doesn’t that sound exciting? OK, so it doesn’t, particularly. Despite the relatively tepid press release however, I’m literally tingly at the prospect of seeing the second half of J.K. Rowling’s epic tome come to life on the big screen. And I’m a 33 year old bloke. Imagine what I’d be like if I was in the target audience!
Yes, this is the end of the Harry Potter franchise. It’s been strung out as long as possible, but finally, we get to see the wizardly battle to end all wizardly battles. Or at least, I’m hoping we do. It has the potential to be awesome, so I hope they manage to end on a high note. I want goosebumps in that theatre, dammit!
